YES you can do economics honor but not all the universities are offering it.

Every year the cut-offs depend on the results and the seats available. Last year the first list closed at 94.5% and fortunately the second list also came out, which closed at 94%. So with your 94% you do have a good chance to make it to the college. The total seats in the college are 551 including Eco(H) and B.Com(H) and reserved categories.
Ya, you stand a good chance of getting into a nice college, but wait for the third or fourth cut of list.
