Hi! please tell me i had done my graduation by B.Sc. chem.(Honers),can i do B.Ed. threw arts?graduate in B.Sc but want B.Ed. threw arts

Yes, you are eligible for doing B.Ed course with the B.Sc degree.

B.Ed -- Bachelor of Educations .

Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) is a course offered for those interested in pursing career in teaching.

The B.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools .

To get admission into this course, you need to appear for the B.Ed entrance examination called Ed.CET .

The Eligibility Criteria for the Entrance Examination is:

Yous should be a Graduate in one of
Bachelor of Arts(B.A),
Bachelor of Science (BSc),
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com),
Bachelor of Science (Home Science)
B.C.A,
B.B.M.

If you are from arts stream you will be trained to teach subjects like history, civics, geography and languages.

If you are from science stream then you are trained to teach mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology.

The should be a Graduate in 10+2+3 pattern with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate

So as you satisfy this criteria mentioned above , you are positively eligible for getting into B.Ed at any instant .

There is no age limit for B.Ed course .

Fee Structure of the Course :

The course fee structure of BEd varies from distance to regular.

This course can be done in both the Regular schema and also in Distance mode.

The course fee for regular classes is 50,000 - 70,000 per annum.

Many University charges Rs: 16,500 to 18,000 for B.Ed.

While all private colleges charges around Rs. 29,000.

Scholarships :

Scholarships are only being offered for only regular students.

Also the government colleges provide fee relaxation to the backward classes and under privileged people of the society.

There is no fees relaxation for the distance BEd courses.

In distance learning of this course there is no such scholarships or discounts offered to the students.

Yes, you can do so.

The eligibility criteria for BEd is graduation with at least 50% marks.

You have to give an entrance exam for the admission, and yes, you should give the subject of your choice to write the exam.

In this way you can do the BEd through Arts.

B.ed is as for now 2 yrs course,which is required for those who want to job in teaching field. B.ed one has to select two methodology. That is depend upon degree subjects. Like you had done Bachelor degree in maths,physics,chemistry,then you choose maths,physics as methodology. If you have science as subject in graduation,then your meyhodolgy would be from sceince dubjects.

I am a student of b.sc(math). I want to do b.ed in science stream but wrongly I have filled art stream in the form, have I do bed with art stream now?

I had completed B.A (geography Hons) but I was more interested in science so taken admission in Bsc(maths Hons) and completed 2 years.After final year of Bsc exam I applied B.ed entrance test and qualied but B.sc result was in pending. I had only option to take admission with previous B.A. degree.Finally took admission in B.ed and completed in 2 years as Sst teacher.
