I want to know that am a graduate from arts and having the diploma of bombay arts will i be eligible for tgt?

TGT stands for trained graduate teacher


--minimum age limit 21 yrs there is no upper age limit

--eligibility:

you must have scored 50% aggregate at graduation level

for appearing in TGT exam you must have PG degree with at least 50% aggregate


exam procedure


TGT exam is divided into 3 sections:

section 1

general awareness

qualitative aptitude

reasoning

teaching aptitude etc


section 2:

english
hindi

section 3: it covers your subject

Can I become an English teacher in a school? I have completed B.A in English with 43% aggregate and pursuing M.A in English.
