Can I get admission if scored 424 marks in KEAM Medical entrance exam being an OBC student?

i have got 424 marks in keam medical entrance .
will i able to get mbbs as
reservation in obc seats?????

With 424 marks in KEAM Medical Entrance exam you will get around 7365 general rank. As you are an OBC candidate then you might get a MBBS seat with this marks. I have attached the list of qualified candidates in KEAM Medical and rank wise seat allotment in MBBS through KEAM. It will help you to know about the colleges where you will get MBBS seat.
