If we do both CS and B.Com together, then for B.Com can we give online exams or we should attend college? Is it possible or not?

No, I am sorry to say that you cannot appear for the above mentioned examination online as there is no such provision for it.

You will have to appear for the examination in the center where your examination is to be held and set by the university.

I am afraid to say that you can't attend the B.com exam through online mode.You should give your exam from the exam centre which provided by the university.You can complete course without attending college.University provide some facilities for this.You could better to utilize this.But remember that you can't give your exam without attending the college.
