I have completed my 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Can I do B.Sc in Physics now? I want to study B.Sc. Please help me to know about this.

You can apply for lateral entry in colleges for admission in B.Sc ( Physics ).
After diploma in Mechanical Engineering you can apply for following courses :

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is of 3 years duration and it is equivalent to class 12 qualification which can definitely be used to study any degree course like BSc Physics.

Although diploma engineering is good for BTech admission through a lateral entry or you can also appear for JEE Main for engineering admission.
