Sir,i am vinaya from calicut district.after completing plus 2 with 80% mark i wrote entrance and because of my careless study i didn't get anything and now i don’t know what to go so please help me to take benefit decision. i would like to study BPT. But, I don’t know more about it(fees,college)?

BPT stands for Bachelor of Phsyiotherapy. It is a Bachelor's degree course in Medical Science field which is known as Phsyiotherapy. Candidates who have completed 12th standard with Biology, Physics and Chemistry subjects with minimum aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised board are eligible to pursue BPT course. You need to appear in Common Entrance Test (CET) to get admission in BPT course.

Fee Structure :- Varies from College to College. It generally ranges from Rs. 2,00,000/- to Rs. 5,40,000/-.

Duration :- 4 1/2 years

Bachelor of Physiotherapy is the expanded form for BPT. BPT is a three to four year duration undergraduate course . The course helps students to develop a basic understanding of the human body based on medical sciences. Physiotherapy involves assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disease and disability through physical means.

Academic qualification required to get admission in BPT course is 10+2 passed or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.

Admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy course in most of the institutes is made based on Common Entrance Test (CET) .

Tuition fee in private college is around Rs 35,000/- and around Rs 20,000/- in government college.

* Bachelors of Physiotherapy is a under graduate course in Medical Science Field. The course duration is 4 years 6 months including internship of six months. There are various physiotherapy colleges which offers the physiotherapy course.

* To Pursue the Bachelor's in Physiotherapy the candidate must have completed his/her 10+2 with minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The candidate also qualified in Common Entrance Test.

* Fee will be different for the different colleges. Generally BPT fee in private college will be 35000/- Per annum. Fee varies college to college.
