I have completed my degree in KSOU. Can I apply for BESCOM. I am interested to work in BESCOM. Please reply I want to know about that deeply.

Yes, definitely you can apply for BESCOM after successfully completing your degree from KSOU which is Karnataka State Open University.
KSOU is recognised by Distance Education Council (DEC) and also approved by UGC.
So, there should be no problem for further jobs if you have completed your degree from there.
