i am studying b.tech under wbut university,
after finishing 1st year can i get admission
to the another college under wbut?
If yes please say how can i get.

Yes, you may get admission in another college under the same course and board, provided you should have a valid reason for it. You will have to give a valid and acceptable reason which could be considered, or else you will have to be where you are.

You should also score a minimum of 6 point in your 1st year.
