Yes, of course you may complete Graduation after 20 years. You are not eligible for Graduation through regular mode. However, you can continue your studies through Distance or Correspondence mode. There are so many universities which offer Graduation through Correspondence mode. You can select the course graduation course based on your 12th standard specialization. Yes, you can apply for graduation degree but your degree must be in correspondence mode. because you are not eligible for regular course. You can apply for graduation degree in below given Universities.

I failed in my graduation in commerce in the year 1993,now after so many years of gap want to complete my graduation in BA easily.Is there any way out.I want to do it through Ignou.

To be eligible to get Bachelor's degree certificate, you need to complete the course with minimum duration or within maximum duration else, your admission will be cancelled. Since, you have crossed the maximum duration of the course, your admission might have cancelled and you can't continue your graduation course. Therefore, after 20+ years, there is a problem to complete the studies.

Is b.sc valid after 13 years in open university

I have completed bcom 1984.i passed all papers except english.can i possible to attend english exam now.
