First you must complete your 12th and graduation.

And after you have to write the Bank Po examinations

For bank po examseligibility ;
You must complete ur graduation from any recognised university
You must have minimum 60% in your graduation
the age limit is 21-30 years for Oc students
3 years of age relaxation for OBC students
5 years of age relaxation for Sc/St studnets

T he exam consists of two parts
Written exam
Personal interview

After completing above two you will get a Po post
After getting 5-10 years of experience you can become a bank manager

You can become a bank manager after completing graduation. You can join any of the recognized board in 11th.Graduates are eligible to join for clerical or P.O position in banks. MBA holders can join as Management Trainee in banks. Growing experience will help them to join as Manager. Upper age limit for job is 30 years.
