I am Sumitra and I am 24 years old passed 10+2 from Rajasthan. I want admission in BFA college. Now can I take admission in BFA college?

BFA stands for Bachelor of Fine Arts. To be eligible to pursue BFA course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination in any stream from a recognised board. Admissions in BFA course are done through merit basis of 12th standard board examination marks or through entrance examination conducted by the respective university. There is no national or state level entrance examination conducted for offering admission in BFA course. So, you need to check the admission process based on the college/ university where you wish to pursue BFA course before, you applying for admission to BFA course.

Candidates who are interested to get admission for BFA course should have completed their 12th standard in any stream from a recognized board. There is no such age limit, so you can pursue this course at 24 years of age. Some colleges may conduct a written examination to select the eligible candidates wheres, some may select on the basis of marks secured in 12th examination.

The eligibility to study the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) is a pass in 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognized board. Mostly the admission to the course will be done through the marks scored in the class 10+2. Some institutions will conduct entrance test for the admission to BFA. You can either apply online or offline for taking admission to the BFA course in various universities. The course duration is four years. BSA stands for Bachelor of Fine Arts and it is an undergraduate degree in the field of Fine Arts.

The duration of this course is 3 to 4 years and to be eligible to get admission in b f a course, you must have to complete 12th standard or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks and relaxation of 5% is given to reserved students. Now there are no entrance exams for BFA course, some institutes conduct their own admission test at based on the merit of the students in the qualifying examination entrance examination, you will be provided admission for pursuing BFA course.

Procedure to get admission in BFA course:-

BFA refers to Bachelor of Fine Arts, it is an undergraduate course of 4 years long.

Candidates who want to get admission to pursue BFA course should have completed 12th standard in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. some reputed colleges / universities conduct their own entrance examination to select the eligible candidates for admission whereas, some select the candidates the basis of marks secured in 12th examination.

Both offline and online options are available to apply for admission.

In order to get admission in BFA course, you will have to have completed your minimum education of 50% in aggregate and after that you will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the prospective institute you wish to get admission in.

You will be provided admission in any good college if you score well in entrance test. Some of the entrance test conducted for BFA course are DU entrance test, JNAFAU entrance test, BHU BFA entrance test, etc.
