I have 44% in pcb & in 12th, i have got 60% marks. I want to study BDs course next in Administration field. So kindly tell me the procedure to study BDs course in Administratiuon field?

You cannot opt to study BDS in Administration field as there is no such provision to do so. You will have to opt for BDS course in medical field only as BDS is a dental course.
However, even if you would want to appear for BDS, you aren't eligible to appear for he entrance examination for it as you have been unable to score 50% in PCB at your 12th level.

BDS is a dental course and has nothing to do with administration field, therefore there is no such condition under which you could opt for BDS in administration field. Therefore, you should get admission in the course if you wish to but in its field only, i.e. medical.
