There is good scope for B.V.Sc coruse in both the government as well as private sectors. After completing B.V.Sc course, one can find job oppportunity in any one fields like,

• Research Companies
• Animal Food companies
• Animal Welfare Societies
• Dairy Research Institutes
• Government Projects
• Hospitals
• Media and Print
• Pharmaceuticals

Can we make career in Indian Forest services?

Yes of course you can make your career in Indian Forest service after completing B.V.Sc course. After completing B.V.Sc course you can apply for Indian Forest Service examination. For this you need to appear Civil Service Examination, which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for every year.

IFS (Eligibility Criteria):-

• The applicant must complete bachelor degree in any one of the specialization like, Animal husbandry and veterinary science, botany, zoology, chemistry,physics from recognized university.
• No minimum marks required for this exam.
• The applicant age must be not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years.
• Reserved category candidates can have relaxation in age.

The applicant must be physically as well as medically fit.
