The eligibility criteria is:
1.The age should be between 21-30yrs.
2.You should have a bachelor's degree in science.

So first you need to complete your bsc.

IFS (Indian Foreign Service OR Indian Forest Service )

Minimum Educational Qualifications :

candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely
  • Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
  • Botany
  • Chemistry
  • Geology
  • Mathematics

  • Zoology

or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry

Since you had the botany subject in B.Sc so you are eligible......
