Quote:
Every year number of applicants are increasing in high rate there fore students who have dreamt of these campuses are trying dead hard to get admission through the BITSAT exam but yeah after crossing the minimum cut off for each campus. There is no particular sectional cut off in the BITSAT exam but you have score the total cut off i.e. 284 Marks to get admission. This was last year's cut off. Last to Last year i.e. in the year 2013, it was 266 and in 2012 it was 258. So you can conclude this year the cut off would be more than or quite close to 280+ marks. So get ready and brace yourself to write the exam with full preprations. Below are the section wise questions and weight age of each subject. Total number of questions: 150 The number of questions in each part is as follows:

Re: Subject wise marks wastage of BIT SAT exam?
Hello friend,
I have the solution for your problem it is. 1.The BITSAT entrance test consists of 150 questions they are divided into five sections they are. -->Firstly Physics-40 questions(40*3=120 marks), -->Next Chemistry-40 questions(40*3=120 marks), -->Next English-10 questions(10*3=30 marks), -->Next Logical Reasoning-15 questions(15*3=45 marks), -->At last Maths-45 Questions(45*3=135 marks). All questions will be awarded 3 marks/each if the answer is right, otherwise one mark will be deducted from your total marks. So it is better to leave it empty if you don't know the answer correctly. 2.So this exam is for 450 marks, you have to score more than 300+ to get seat in this university. Hope this information is helpful to you.............. Have a nice day.............. |
