What is AIIMS:

AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is an autonomous public medical college for higher education. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducts entrance examination for admission into MBBS course. AIIMS Institutes are AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Rishiesh and AIIMS Patna.

Educational Qualification Required to be eligible for AIIMS:

>> Candidates must have passed " 12th Class" in 10+2 pattern or Senior School Certificate from a recognized university.

>> Candidates must have passed 12th class with Chemistry, Physics, English and Biology stream to be eligible for AIIMS Exam.

>> Candidates from General and OBC category must have obtained 60% marks to be eligible.

>> Candidates from General and OBC category must have obtained 50% marks to be eligible.

AIIMS means "All India Institute Of Management Science". If you want to get admission in AIIMS college then you will have to qualify the AIPMT entrance test and the eligiblity Criteria for AIPMT is:-

The condidate should have passed in your 12Th examination with Physics and Biology.
Chemistry and Biology or Mathamatics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board.

So, If you have scored minimum 50% marks in PCM/PCM subjects then you are eligible to get admission in B.Pharmacy Course.
If you have passed in your 12Th examination with minimum 50% marks in PCB/PCM subjects then you are eligible to get admission through AIPMT.

AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science) is one of the most renowned institute for medical science across India.The examination is conducted to get admission for MBBS ,BDS and other various courses.

The eligibility criteria is +2 students with minimum 50% in the board examination.The candidates must have PCB with English as the main subjects.

Students pursuing in the +2 can also apply.

If you have above mentioned qualification you can apply for AIIMS 2015 within the 10th of this month April .

The examination will be conducted on 1st of June 2015.
For general candidates application fee is ₹1000.
For SC/ST it is ₹800.
