After completion of your Intermediate Science stream with 49.6 percent marks, you can pursue your higher studies in Bachelor's degree courses like B.E/ B.Tech, B.Sc., BBA, B.A, etc.,. You can also pursue C.A course after completion of your I.Sc., if you are interested to become a Chartered Accountant. You can also pursue Hotel Management course, if you have interest, after completion of your I.Sc. with 49.6 percent marks from a recognised board.

After scoring such low marks in 12th standard, there are no jobs available for you. You will just ruin up your life. So, in order to get a better job in future, you can opt for further studies. You have to complete your graduation in any stream you are interested in. Then you can do some professional job oriented courses and join a reputed company. Or you can further opt for master's degree. The higher your qualification, the better jobs you will get. Hence, you don't waste your time in thinking, just focus on your future and go for higher studies.

Since, you have scored very less percentage of marks in class 12th, it will be very difficult for you to opt for any higher degree course.
Look, most of the colleges require a minimum of 50% of marks in class 12th for a respective Graduate degree course.
So, according to me, you can opt for BA degree course in some colleges as this course accepts lower percentage also. Or else you can apply for some Diploma courses based on class 10th qualification. Candidates those who have scored a minimum of 45% of marks in class 10th from a recognized Board can apply for the Diploma courses.
