What is the purpose of clat ? and how I eligible for clat ?what is best stream for clat maths or science students?

CLAT is Common Law Admission Test conducted for admission into BA LLB and LLM courses. There are 14 Top Universities which give admission into these courses on the basis of CLAT marks. Hence, if you are interested in Law then, this exam is the best option for you.

For BA LLB course you need to be 10+2 pass in any stream from a recognized University with 55% marks. Age limit for this exam is 22 years for General candidates and age relaxation is give to SC/ST and OBC category candidates.

For LLM course you need Graduation degree with 55% marks and there is no age limit for this course. The Degree should be in any discipline from a recognized University.

There is no need to thin about the stream as every stream students can apply for the exam. Hence, it is not necessary that you have to study any specific stream for CLAT.
