The IGNOU B.Ed notification has not been released yet. However, I am expecting that it would be released during the month of July and the entrance exam will be held during the month of August. Please, refer to the official website of IGNOU to get more updates regarding B.Ed notification

You can download the application form and prospectus through the official website of (www.ignou.ac.in) and you should send the application along with a DD/IPO for Rs.500/- in favour of IGNOU payable at the city of Regional centres by Registered/Speed Post to Concerned Regional Centre
Price: Rs. 1000/- (Including Registration Fee) (Rs. 1000/- at counter and Rs. 1050/- by post).
