Delhi University after 12th with PCM group,
is there any entrance examination,
if so, when are the application forms made available,

Unfortunately, Delhi University does not offer BCA courses. If you are interested to do bachelor degree in computer science specializing through Delhi university, I suggest you to apply for courses like,

-B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science
-B.Sc. Applied Physical Sciences (Computer Science)

Is there any entrance examination?

Delhi University conducts it's own entrance examination within the college. The entrance examination will be conducted by the Department of Computer Science.

when are the application forms made available?

The application will be available on April or May and the entrance examination will be held in June-July. You can get the application Delhi university counter office or Official website of Delhi University.
