I am B.tech 4th year ME student.I want to pursue my 6 months training in MNCs.plz tell me if an MNC give stiphn during 6 months training and if their is any plz give me the list of those companies and also the procedure for applying like form filling?

If you are doing B.Tech from a reputed college and have a good academic record, then there are definitely many companies, who will offer you internship or training with stipend.

But selection at reputed companies is very difficult and you need to be the best candidate to get such opportunities.
