I am 3rd year(6th sem.) Mechanical engineering student.
Please,tell me the entire procedure to
do summer Internship in NTPC.
I have my cousin who is working
in NTPC as an engineer.
so I get benefit?

Yes, you will get benefit to apply for internship at NTPC if your cousin is working there. Applying for internship a NTPC is not easy until and unless you have a strong contact over there. As your cousin is working there, so he/she can refer your name to the admin department for the internship program.
