I have completed my diploma in information technology. I want to study on hacking or may be network security.
Can I do it from IGNOU? Please tell me.

IGNOU stands for "Indira Gandhi National Open University". IGNOU offered so many hacking and network security courses. You can apply for 'Advance Certificate in Information Security' just after completion of your matriculation or diploma. It's a six months program. Also there are many courses which you can apply after completion of your graduation. One of most trending course is 'Post Graduate Diploma in Information Security'. It's a one year program.
