First of all you can visit the official website of Axis Bank (http://www.axisbank.com) and select the area of your training. Now get a reference letter from the training and placement cell of your college and send it with your resume to the HR department of the bank. If there are vacancies available then you will be called for the selection process after clearing which you can start your training.
