Both ICICI and Axis bank recruit Assistant Managers through their own entrance examination. Both the banks have the same eligibility criteria.

Group Discussion:

My question is in banking sector interview is not necessary for applicants becoz this person cross the hard aptitude and then immetitly interview will he be given to the interviewer so this is not easy criteria
