After the completion of MCA degree training is required to get a good job?which company will be better ?

Yes, it is necessary to pursue training or internship when studying professional courses like MCA. You should do the training or internship in the second year of the course. In the first year, you can go for training and in the second year you should go for internship. This is because :-

- You get to learn a lot through these experience.
- You will gain professional experience.
- You will get to know the real world implementation of the concepts learnt.
- Companies prefer candidates who have such experience during recruitment process.

You should go for software/IT companies.
