There are lots of courses you can do after you MCA like you can go for research field,teaching or even MBA

I would recommend you to go for MBA. This will make your career flourish. So that will be better.

However go for what you like and chose the field which you prefer

to get agood job after mca just do some extra courses over some programming language lke asp.net, .net, c sharp etc
and secondly register yourself in freshersworld.com or noukari.com and submit your resume there

hey MCA is enough for getting a good job.........now all you have to do is post your resume to different companies and wait for there interview call.............if you have donr your MCA from any recognized university then you will get job very but if you have completed your MCA just from some normal university then you may face some problem........but face it and i am sure you will be a successful man some day

dear friend it is very unfortunate that you didn't receive any job after MCA.
but you can try for oFF campussing of different companies or you can join any conultancy which provides you a lot of chances in different companies.
& another option are of higher studies like M.Tech,MBA etc

According to me, I think your should start your career now and go for a good job.
It will enhance your knowledge and experience both, and MCA is a PG course and
is enough for starting of a career. After earning some money you can again
continue your studies.

You can do some additional courses to get good command on
programming languages and database so that it would be helpful
for you to get a good job.......

I have just completed MBA .... no jobs for me either ....

i think MCA is more than enough for getting a very good job...........just post your resume to various company..........or you can also go for the MBA in finance and banking........

You can go for short term courses like oracle., .NET, or SQL,PL, or java......
These short certifications will enhance your knowledge and will be beneficial for upgrading your career prospectus and will help you in getting good jobs.
These software courses will help you a lot.These you can do from NIIT or from any other institutes

Now a days most of the companies are hiring soft skill candidates and scope of MCA is very good and MCA students are getting more salary. So, MCA is perfect course to do

i have complete mca and i want to do a job.

there are lots in the field of it.
learn some good language like c,c++.java.
the various emerging fields of imformatics and it takes a lot of proffesional in this fields.
india is currently taking proffesional here.

I have completed my mca now but i got only 62% in mca frm rtu,kota.mostly company prefer students whose got marks above 70%, through acadmic.In this case no company called for interview to me,what i do get a job in my fields.

Aftef doing MCA will i get a good job like an engineering students get??????

It is true that many eligible job aspirants are not finding any job in this period of recession. But the good news is that IT companies have accelerated the pace of recruitment. So try to sell yourself by highlighting your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) you will surely get a job.

However, additional short term courses will always add weight to your resume. So after completing MCA you can pursue some short term courses like oracle., .NET, or java.

MCA is enough to get a good job if you are good in programming.
But if you still don't get after MCA or are in fear of not getting job after MCA then you must do some certifications course either while doing MCA or after MCA.

If you understand programming then you can certifications course like:

• Oracle
• Java
• PHP, .Net , Dreamweaver, Photshop (for web development)

Or If you are not interested in programming then:

• RHCE
• CCNA, CCNP
• MCSE
• Ethical Hacking

After that you will definitely get a good job with good salary.

Hello friend,

After completion of MCA you can go for research field or proceeds into the management field. The choice is yours. But if you go for MBA it will gives you good job in mnc's.
On the other hand if you go for research field you also get the good job but less compared to the MBA jobs.
So better go for the management field.

To get a good job after mca you have to take vision in following things:
1) concept in technical should have to be clear.
2) improve your hr and humanities.
3) you can try for courses like asp.net,ad. Java,networking etc.

Get a book that gives good skills in theory regarding the programming language you need

Eg: C language-C programming by Balagurusamy

Read theory then make programs given as practice.

to get a job you should prepare well all the basics from 5th to 10th and then you should prepare aptitude very well and be strong in computer basics thats all success is at your door step

MCA is a professional degree and after its completion one must get job but is so sad that you are not getting it. Well its ok but i would just suggest you that you should go for MBA(Computer Management). Its one of the best option for computer's professional students.
You can aply for MBA through distant learning program or open learning and do your job along MBA. You can do online jobs which can be done through home itself but before going for such you must enquire enough about the organisation providing the job
