In order to apply for internship in BHEL, Haridwar at first you have to fill up the training application form available at your college. Then you have to prepare a resume and address it to the General Manager of the HR department of BHEL (276/2/, Sector 4, BHEL Township, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249403, ph - 090457 87021). It is a paid training, so you have to pay Rs. 500/- per week for that. If they responds to your application the you have to visit them and follow their instructions carefully.
