Should I go for MBA(SEM) at CDAC or job training at L&T?

After completing BE (cse) I have been selecte by L&T as a trainee.the training will start by Sept-Oct.2014.Moreover I have got admission in MBA (software enterprie management sem) of CDAC, and deposited its fees also.I have the option to withdraw my admission fees by 20th.Please advise whether I should go in for the CDAC /MBA (sem ) studies or wait for L&T job/training package- 3. lacs p.a ? Which one will be better in the career options ? An early reply/help shall be highly appreciated.
