Which is current best institute for mainframe in Chennai?

I also heard that IBM has conducted their direct mainframe training
hence kindly tell me whether IBM is still conducting mainframe training?

The eligibility for doing mainframe course is B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.tech , MCA, M.sc , BCA , Bsc(Computer Sciences & Electronics ).
Generally Mainframe course duration is 2 month.
