Am I eligible to apply for Ph.D(Astrology) programme if completed M.Sc in Life Science? Whether Astrology comes under Science?

Ihave completed now m.sc in life scince and now looking for phd i m interewsted in astrology for phd please tell me am i eligible but i want to know that the astrology is a science?? |
