Is there any discrimination between PhD with MCA and PhD with M.Tech(CS/IT)?
Now in India Many Engineering Colleges does not allow the candidates with MCA to teach B.Tech (CS/IT).Previously in the AICTE norms MCAs were also eligible to teach B.Tech. there is a lot of discrimination.
I want to know, is there any discrimination between PhD with MCA and PhD with M.Tech(CS/IT)? if so will you please analyse? in many colleges, even with good academic profile, publications and good feedback many people are suffering with the discrimination why? |

In government colleges, there shouldn't be any such discrimination because lecturers are appointed based on NET/SET qualification and they have for permanent status.
Only at private engineering colleges, there will be any such discrimination because they usually select candidates based on their requirement. |
