Am I eligible to do Ph.D in IT after completion of MCA? or I need to do some more higher studies to be eligible? Who can provide me the right details on the same? It will be helpful if you can answe me back soon on this. Awaiting for the response.

Yes, you are very much eligible to pursue Ph.D course from IITs after the completion of your MCA course. You must score above 55% of marks in your MCA course.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree course from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in the relevant field.

Yes, you are eligible for PhD in IIT after completion of MCA degree.

You can do PhD course through Gate and UGC NET exam.

Educational qualification:-

Candidates who have completed master's degree from a recognised University are eligible for Ph.D course. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in Master Science. For SC/ ST and its 50% and above in masters degree.

There is no age criteria. Your age should be below 28 years for JRF post.

MCA candidates are eligible for Ph.D course in IT.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized University with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

You must have a valid GATE/UGC NET score card.
