Can I do PhD in any accredited university of India being an NRI?
Hello,
I have completed my M.A. in English regular with 53%marks. Now I want to pursue distance mode of PhD in English from an accredited university in India. I am an NRI. Can I do this? |

Yes you can do this. It is not a problem for you that you are an NRI.
You can apply for the course of PhD in English from the University of your choice. So make sure you shortlist the Universities from where you want to pursue the course of PhD and then you can apply for the course once you are within the eligibility criteria of that particular University. |

Is PG obtained in correspondence / distance education course eligible for admission of PHD in India ?
