Hello sir, I am M.Sc Biotechnology holder and I want to creak GATE exam. How much minimum marks should I do in M.Sc Biotechnology for appearing in GATE exam for doing Ph.D in Biotechnology? Can I Biotechnology holder appear in GATE exam? Procedure for taking admission?

Yes, M.Sc in Biotechnology candidates are eligible for GATE exam. There are no marks criteria.

Those who have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science from a recognized University are eligible for GATE exam.

After getting GATE score card, you can apply for Ph.D course in Biotechnology.
