Can a NET JRF cleared get relaxation in numbers of papers of Ph.D examination?


Hello sir, I have cleared NET JRF exam from Geography. Can you please tell me how to do Ph.D after it? Can I get any relaxation in numbers of papers of Ph.D examination?

Number of papers are same for everyone. There is no relaxation in terms of papers for Ph.D programme. If you are a JRF qualified candidate, then you can only get exemption from entrance exam for Ph.D admission.

Also, there is age relaxation for JRF, if you belong to reserved category.
