After completion of B.Tech degree, if you have completed 2 years JRF and 3 years as SRF then you will get Ph.D degree. But you must fulfill all rules of UGC. You must be presented 5 international journal paper.

So you get Ph.D degree after completion of JRF through below given process-

SRF

If you have registered for the course of PhD with any University and you have completed your research work then you can be awarded the PhD Degree.
If you have not registered then you will not be provided any Degree.
So if you have not registered for PhD as of now then do it as soon as possible and once you register and your research work is up to the mark then you can get a PhD Degree.
