The eligibility needed to join in ISRO are:

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

# Age limit needed is candidate should have not exceeded 35 years for general category and there are relaxation for other category such as for SC/ST extra 5 years and for OBC 3 years.

# Regarding the educational qualification, candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech or M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics, Biotechnology, Aerospace Engineering, Agricultural Science, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Psychology, Physics, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Botany, Automobile Engineering, Metallurgy, Veterinary Science Zoology, Library Science, Photography, Electrical, Physics, Radiography, Die and Molding, Tool, Mechanical, Textile, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, Printing with at least 60% aggregate.

If you satisfy these above criteria then you can apply for the ISRO Exam. Having a Doctoral degree makes you eligible as per the educational qualification, check whether you satisfy the other criteria's also.
