Eligibility to appear in CSIR-UGC-NET for M.Tech(CSE) 2nd year student?
Hi..
I'm pursuing my M.Tech 2nd year in Computer Science Engg.. CAn I apply for CSIR-UGC NET ?? Please help me out... Waiting for your reply |

B.Tech degree with 60% marks in sufficient for CSIR NET. 5% relaxation in marks is available for reserved category candidates.
If you haven't got 60% marks in B.Tech, then you can utilize your M.Tech degree with 55% marks for appearing in CSIR NET. If you have no problem with the marks in B.Tech, then you shouldn't waste your time and apply for CSIR NET without any worries. Also, be prepared for the examination. According to notification of CSIR NET, B.Tech, B.Pharma and MBBS candidates are eligible to apply for CSIR NET provided they have at least 60% marks on their degree from a recognized University.
