Eligibility to apply for CSIR-NET(Chemical Sciences) for B.Tech(Chemical Engineering) candidate?


Hello Friends,
I am doing B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
I want to know that after my B.Tech I can
apply for CSIR-NET for Chemical Science subject?
Kindly let me know immediately.

Eligibility Criteria required to apply for CSIR NET (Chemical Sciences) for B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Candidates:

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for Council of Scientific and Industrial Research NET (Chemical Sciences) Examination after completion of B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Graduate. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for CSIR NET Entrance Examination is,

>> BS-4 years Program or B.E or B.Tech or MBBS or B.Pharma or Integrated BS-MS or M.Sc or its equivalent degree from a recognized university.

>> Candidates who are from B.Sc (Hons) or its equivalent back ground are also eligible to apply for CSIR NET (Chemical Sciences) Examination.

>> Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering will be eligible for CSIR Fellowship only after getting registered for respective program namely PhD or Integrated Ph.D program within the period (validity) of 2 years.

>> Since you are a B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Graduate, you are certainly eligible to apply for CSIR NET (Chemical Sciences) Examination.

What will be the correct option for b.tech chemical engineer on choosing subjects in Csir net chemical sciences or other subjects
