Eligibility criteria and procedure to join PhD in Electronics at Andhra University?
I am Devi Priya and recently completed M.Sc Electronics and now wanted to join PhD course at Andhra University. Send me eligibility criteria and procedure to apply for it?

To do Ph.D in Electronics from Andhra University, you must have to gain a Masters degree in Electronics from a recognized University. After that you must qualify in the UGC NET examination.
The eligibility criteria required to appear in the UGC NET examination is that a candidate must have completed Master's Degree course in the relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks. After qualifying in the NET examination, you can take admission to study Ph.D in Electronics at Andhra University. |

Eligibility Criteria Required to pursue PhD in Electronics at Andhra University:
In order to pursue PhD in Electronics at Andhra University, you are required to appear in an entrance examination called AURCET (Andhra University Research Common Entrance Test) which is conducted by Andhra University. >> The basic educational qualification required to be eligible is "Master's Degree" or a Post Graduate degree from a recognized university >> Minimum percentage required in Post Graduation is 55% marks and 50% marks for SC and ST category candidates. >> You are required to qualify in the AURCET Entrance Examination for getting admission into PhD Programme. Those candidates who have completed masters degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible to do PhD in the relevant discipline.
Eligible candidates need to appear and qualify in NET (National Eligibility Test) exam, which is conducted by UGC (University Grant Commission), to take admission in Andhra University for PhD course. Many universities conducts its own entrance test to offer admission into PhD course but those candidates who have qualified in NET exam are exempted for the entrance test. |
