Eligibility to get OCI Visa for an Iranian to study PhD in Mechanical Engineering in India?


Hello Everyone,
I‘m in my last semester of Master's in Mechanical Engineering in Yazd Government College of Engineering in Iran. I want to do PhD in Mechanical Engineering in India. As a foreign nation i‘m eligible for O.C.I visa? I would appreciate your advice.
