Eligibility to study PhD(Geography) in Mysore University?
Hi everyone, I am a student of MPhil in Geography. After completing my MPhil, I want to do a PhD in Geography. Can I know my eligibility to do PhD(Geography) in Mysore University?

Eligibility required to study PhD(Geography) in Mysore University is you must have completed Master’s Degree (MA/ M.Sc.) or MPhil degree in the Geography with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved category candidates) from any recognized university.
Admission to PhD(Geography) program is on the basis of qualifying merit and PhD entrance test followed by an interview. Qualified candidates in UGC/CSIR (JRF) Fellowships / Lectureship through UGC/CSIR NET Examination/ K-SET/ GATE / Government/Aided College Teachers under FIP and MPhil degree holder can take admission without PhD entrance test. |

Eligibility criteria to study Ph.D ( Geography) in Mysore University:-
Mysore University offers PhD in various disciple at the research level. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should have passed Master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised University with at least 50% marks. Selection is done on the basis of University -based entrance followed by an interview . There is no age limit for doing Ph.D course. |
