Entrance exams other than CSIR-NET to study PhD for B.Tech(Biotechnology) candidate?


Hello
I am B.Tech Biotechnology and interested in doing PhD.
Can you please tell me which are
the entrance exams I can give other
than CSIR-NET?

You can give GATE, if you are interested in Ph.D in biotechnology. Most of the IITs offer admission through GATE score for Ph.D programme. You need to perform well in the interview to get admission.

You can also appear for university entrance exam or the entrance exam conducted by the concerned institute for Ph.D admission. Those who have got 5 years of professional experience, are exempted from entrance exam.
