My query is that which institutes in india offer phd in management through distance learning? Also, is a pgdba considered suitable criteria for getting admission?

If you have done PGDBA from a AICTE approved college, then you are definitely eligible for Ph.D admission. Just make sure that you have got above 55% marks in your PGDBA.
