I would like to persue part-time integrated phd in vlsi/microelectronics/device physics.

As per your educational qualification, you are not eligible for Ph.D course. So first complete your masters degree then you can apply Ph.D course in part time.

Your masters degree marks must be above 55%.

Part time integrated Ph.D course is not available in India.
