Is it mandatory to pursue MBA for further pursuing PhD(Human Resource)?

Hi, I have completed Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource and Management - PGDHRM. Now, I wish to do PhD in Human Resource(HR). Am I eligible? I heard that for PhD minimum educational requirement is MBA. Is it true?

No, MBA is not mandatory for PhD in Human Resources.

The minimum requirement to be eligible for Phd program is Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline with an aggregate of 60%.

You are eligible for PhD program with your PGDHRM.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
