I am extremely sorry to state that Phd cannot be done after MBBS without pursuing Post Graduation (PG). You need to pursue post graduation first and then only you will be eligible for post graduation. However, your spirit of learning more is really appreciable inspite of being a tutor in medical college. If you do not want to leave your job, you have one option open before. You can pursue your post graduation in part time or correspondence mode and then can go for PhD course.
