Osmania University conducts Ph.D Eligibility Test for giving admission in Ph.D program to Master's Degree holder in relevant field. You must have at least 55% marks in your Master's Degree to become eligible for this entrance exam. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.

If you have qualified exams like NET/SLET or any other fellowship exams then you are eligible for admission without appearing for any entrance exam. If you get admission in the Osmania University for Ph.D then it will be a good option.

You must clear exams like CSIR NET or SLET then only you can take advantage of your higher studies. Almost every government lecturer job is available only to those who have got NET/SLET score.
